The livestock farming area of DFBLUEAGRO, a company belonging to DFGRUPO, has signed an agreement with INNOFARM, for the creation of a Joint Venture specialised in the development and commercialisation of products for livestock farming. This new company started operations at the beginning of the year.
With this new project, the DFGROUP strengthens its commitment to livestock farming with INNOFARM as a partner.
An initiative with which it wants to demonstrate that it is ready to establish itself, not only among the most important fertilizer companies, but also among those in the livestock sector.
The new company will have three main lines of business in livestock farming:
- Animal nutrition: Nutraceuticals and reduction of antibiotic use, nutritional supplements for farm animals, products to improve digestion, respiratory health and livestock growth.
- Hygiene: Improvement of livestock through animal health and welfare.
- Environment: Reducing greenhouse gas emissions, sustainable livestock technology and solutions, biodiversity conservation and reduction of environmental impact.
Both DFBLUEAGRO and INNOFARM are bringing to the merger talented staff with experience in the sector and client portfolios that will make their expansion in the market more effective.
