The new DFGRUPO facilities located on the “La Charluca” Industrial Estate (Calatayud) are made up of six 900m2 warehouses, symbolising the Group’s ultimate commitment to its evolution and adaptation to the new needs of the market and of society.
Production lines
Its large size and the versatility of its equipment make it suitable for two distinct production lines:
- The DFINNOVA Biostimulants and Nutritional Solutions Production Facility.
Thanks to the three reactors included in its equipment, and its two packaging lines with automatic filling and labelling systems, this plant can produce and package up to four million litres of different technological solutions per year to optimise production and profitability for farmers, such as Biostimulants, Conditioners, and Technological Additives for fertilisers, etc.
Among these technological solutions for agriculture, those targeting the organic products market are also produced, to which one of the plant’s reactors is specifically dedicated in strict compliance with the restrictive UNE regulations in this field.
In fact, this Production Plant is a mirror that perfectly reflects the commitment of DFGRUPO to sustainability and respect for the environment, as its adopted manufacturing processes ensure zero dumping and proper management of packaging.
Thanks to its strict controls, the DFINNOVA Biostimulants and Nutritional Solutions Production Plant complies with ISO Quality, Labour and Environmental standards. It also has a traceability system that offers consumers guarantees related to the origin of all the raw materials and packaging used, and to the production and packaging processes.
This new plant, a technological spearhead, also serves to put into practice the solutions studied by the Group’s R&D&I Centre and to constantly analyse improvement processes.
- AdBlue Production Centre,
located in one of the warehouses, with a manufacturing capacity of 300m3per week. AdBlue is a specific additive to reduce pollutant emissions from diesel cars. It is a colourless, odourless liquid that is neither flammable nor toxic, as it is composed of deionised water with 32.5% urea.
